Shrimp Baby Food is a protein-rich rearing food for ornamental shrimp with zooplankton, natural vitamins, minerals and high omega-3 fatty acid content, so that young shrimp develop splendidly and have sufficient strength and energy for the numerous molts in the first weeks. The 100 ppm astaxanthin content forms the color pigment cells well from the beginning, especially in red, yellow and orange shrimp, so that they can show themselves in full color splendor.

Freshly hatched shrimp larvae require a comprehensive supply of nutrients from the first moult (from hatching to the first moult there is no food intake, they are still supplied by the yolk sac).

Shrimp Baby Food contains all necessary proteins and amino acids, which are urgently needed for healthy growth. Highly digestible carbohydrates and polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFA) provide the necessary "moulting power". Selected algae, vegetables and herbs serve as vital substance suppliers. Green-lipped mussels are known for their high content of glycosaminoglycans, this substance is a very valuable building block for the shrimp shell structure. The built-in multivitamin mix provides an extensive vitamin supply and prevents deficiency symptoms. To provide vital minerals and trace elements, a concentrate of red lime algae has been used, which contains over 50 minerals and trace elements.

Shrimp Baby Food is a full extrudate, this process ensures very good digestibility and bioavailability of the feed nutrients. Due to the powdery microgranulation, a fine "lawn" is laid on the entire surfaces in the aquarium with each feeding. This is necessary because baby shrimp are predominantly sessile for the first time, which means they tend to stay in one place and the food must come to them, otherwise they may starve.
