Dennerle Plants Power Caps

Use Power Caps when setting up to enrich the substrate with additional nutrients right from the start and thus achieve particularly lush plant growth. Use 2 to 3 capsules per 10 x 10 cm area to provide particularly large solitary plants with a maximum supply of nutrients.

For top dressing or as a first aid in case of deficiency symptoms, simply insert 1 capsule per 10x10cm deep into the substrate. Use tweezers to insert the Power Caps as precisely as possible into the soil. The exact time for top dressing depends on various factors such as CO2 fertilization, light intensity and plants. To prevent nutrient gaps, we recommend starting to top up the fertilizer 2 to 3 months after restarting the aquarium. The beads contained in the capsules only release the nutrients slowly. The shell dissolves over time, but the pellets do not. They can simply remain in the substrate and are absolutely harmless for both animals and plants.
Without CO2: substrates every 12 weeks, with soil substrate every 16 weeks
