Aquael silicone grease

Many aquarium products such as external filters, internal filters, powerheads, etc. are equipped with seals.

These seals should be maintained to keep them supple.

Flooding because an external filter has become leaky can often be traced back to defective/brittle seals.

With a little care, you can increase the life of the seals by a lot.

The silicone grease from Aquael is absolutely safe for the aquarium inhabitants.

The grease is packed in small bags with 5g content. Usually only very little grease is needed. One sachet is therefore sufficient for multiple greasing of a filter.
